Операция по коррекции данного состояния может быть выполнена с использованием одного или двух доступов. Первоначально использовалась техника с одним передним доступом, но она сопровождается большим числом потенциальных осложнений, которые в последнее время удается избежать, благодаря лучшему пониманию анатомии и появлению новых фиксаторов. Данная операция является реальной альтернативой пересадки сухожилия. Цель исследования: оценить эффективность проведения «методики единственного разреза» при хирургической коррекции сухожилия бицепса. Материалы и методы: выполнена оригинальная хирургическая операция 40 мужчинам (средний возраст 45,2 лет) в период с 2006 до 2016 гг. Результаты: осложнения после проведения операции возникли лишь в 3 случаях: 1. временная нейропраксия заднего межкостного нерва предплечья, 2. радио-ульнарный синостоз с ригидностью в пронации и супинации, 3. ригидность в разгибании локтя. Выводы: фиксации дистального сухожилия двуглавой мышцы плеча в костном туннеле в анатомическом месте является эффективной, безопасной и воспроизводимой методикой, позволяющей достичь полного восстановления объема движений в локтевом суставе, мышечной силы и выносливости с минимальным риском осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: subcutaneous rupture of the distal biceps tendon is the most common tendon injury of the elbow. Recently with the best understanding of the anatomy and the advent of new fixations many surgeons took up the use of single incision surgery, as an alternative to replace the tendon. Materials and methods: 40 male patients (average age 45,2) operated from 2006 to 2016. Results: only 3 cases had post-surgery complications: 1. a transient neurapraxia of the posterior interosseous nerve, 2. a radio-ulnar synostosis with stiffness in pronation and supination, and 3. a stiffness of the elbow in extension of approximately 5° degrees. Conclusions: the reinsertion of the distal biceps tendon with bone tunnel in anatomical site is a safe, reproducible technique that offers excellent clinical results.
