В обследовании участвовал 91 человек II периода зрелого возраста (мужчин — 53, женщин — 38), проведено соматотипирование по методу W.L. Rees — H. Eysenck.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Регистрировались статистически достоверные отличия у мужчин и женщин по результатам восстановления объема движений в верхней паретичной конечности в соответствии с типом телосложения обследованных.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Наибольший процент объема движений от нормы регистрировался в проксимальных суставах конечностей (плечевом) при движениях, совершаемых вокруг фронтальной и сагиттальной осей. Объем ротационных движений в процентном соотношении от нормы регистрировался на 13–17 % меньше. Максимальный объем восстановленных движений при разгибании плеча демонстрируется у мужчин, и такая тенденция характерна для мужчин зрелого возраста астенического и пикнического соматотипов. Прирост объема движений в плечевом и локтевом суставах у женщин во всех обследованных группах оказался минимальным.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Study objective</title><p>Study objective: to establish the correlation between the paretic hand movement recovery in post-stroke patients in the stroke late residual period and the patients’ somatotypes.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study involved 91 people in the second period of adulthood (53 men, 38 women), somatotyping was performed according to the W.L. Rees — H. Eysenck method. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Statistically significant differences in the upper paretic limb movement range recovery were found in men and women in accordance with the body type. </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The highest percentage of normal movement range was recorded in the limbs’ proximal joints of the (shoulder) during movements around the frontal and sagittal axes. The volume of rotational movements as a percentage of the norm was less by 13–17%. The men demonstrated maximum movement recovery of shoulder extension, and this tendency is typical for mature men of asthenic and pyknic somatotypes.
