I группа принимала ВМК «Витрум», II группа — ВМК «Витрум» + экстракт элеутерококка, III группа — ВМК «Витрум» + настойка женьшеня. IV группа — аскорбиновую кислоту и являлась контролем. Кровь для анализа брали из локтевой вены до и после 28­-дневного приема препаратов. Показатели иммунологической реактивности определяли современными лабораторными методами. Физическую работоспособность определяли по индексу гарвардского степ­-теста (ИГСТ) и теста PWC170.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: применение ВМК «Витрум» в сочетании с адаптогенами способствует достоверному увеличению показателей гуморального (прирост IgА на 32–40 %, IgМ на 28–43 %, IgG на 9–14 %) и клеточного иммунитета (повышение завершенности фагоцитоза на 9–37 %).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: прием ВМК «Витрум» в сочетании с адаптогенами сопровождался достоверным увеличением неспецифического иммунитета и повышал уровень тренированности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study: to study the effect of Vitrum in combination with adaptogens on immunological reactivity and physical performance in athletes under conditions of intense training.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: 4 groups of athletes, 10 people in each, went through a cycle of intensive training according to a specially developed methodology. Group I took Vitrum, group II — Vitrum + Eleutherococcus extract, group III — Vitrum + ginseng tincture. Group IV — ascorbic acid and was used as a control. Blood for analysis was taken from the cubital vein before and after 28 days of drug administration. Indicators of immunological reactivity were determined by modern laboratory methods. Physical performance was determined by the index of the Harvard step test (IHST) and the PWC170 test.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the use of Vitrum in combination with adaptogens promotes a significant increase in the parameters of humoral (increase in IgA by 32–40 %, IgM by 28–43 %, IgG by 9–14 %) and cellular (increasing the completeness of phagocytosis by 9–37 % immunity.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: intake of Vitrum in combination with adaptogens was accompanied by a significant increase in nonspecific immunity and increased the level of fitness.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>иммунитет</kwd><kwd>витаминно-­минеральный комплекс</kwd><kwd>лимфоциты</kwd><kwd>иммуноглобулины</kwd><kwd>работоспособность</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>immunity</kwd><kwd>vitamin and mineral complex</kwd><kwd>lymphocytes</kwd><kwd>immunoglobulins</kwd><kwd>efficiency</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Sarin H.V., Gudelj I., Honkanen J., Ihalainen J.
