Результаты исследования показали, что до 19 лет у спортсменов-игровиков наблюдается только нормальная геометрия левого желудочка. С возрастом и, соответственно, с увеличением стажа занятий спортом статистически значимо увеличивается число эксцентрического и концентрического ремоделирования и эксцентрической и концентрической гипертрофии миокарда. Процент концентрической гипертрофии миокарда (патологического ремоделирования) составил 6,5, 12, и 7,7 % в группах 19–25, 26–30 и 31 года и старше соответственно, что необходимо учитывать при проведении мероприятий по профилактике перетренированности и внезапной сердечной смерти в спорте.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of an echocardiographic study of 64 male playing sports athletes (basketball and football). The results of the study showed that up to the age of 19 in playing sports athletes, only normal geometry of the left ventricle is observed. With age and, accordingly, with an increase in the experience of playing sports, the number of eccentric and concentric remodeling and eccentric and concentric myocardial hypertrophy increases statistically. The percentage of concentric myocardial hypertrophy (pathological remodeling) was 6.5 %, 12.5 % and 7.7 % in the groups 19–25 years old, 26–30 years old and 31 and older, respectively, which must be taken into account when taking measures to prevent overtraining and sudden cardiac death in sports.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эхокардиография</kwd><kwd>ремоделирование левого желудочка</kwd><kwd>спортсмены</kwd><kwd>профилактика внезапной смерти</kwd><kwd>концентрическая гипертрофия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>echocardiography</kwd><kwd>left ventricular remodeling</kwd><kwd>athletes</kwd><kwd>prevention of sudden death</kwd><kwd>concentric hypertrophy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Гаврилова Е.А.
