Деревоедов А.А., Жолинский А.В., Фещенко В.С., Выходец И.Т., Павлова А.А., 2023</copyright-statement><copyright-year>2023</copyright-year><copyright-holder xml:lang="ru">Деревоедов А.А., Жолинский А.В., Фещенко В.С., Выходец И.Т., Павлова А.А.</copyright-holder><copyright-holder xml:lang="en">Derevoedov A.A., Zholinsky A.V., Feshchenko V.S., Vykhodets I.T., Pavlova A.A.</copyright-holder><license xml:lang="ru" license-type="creative-commons-attribution" xlink:href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/" xlink:type="simple"><license-p>Данная работа распространяется под лицензией Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.</license-p></license><license xml:lang="en" license-type="creative-commons-attribution" xlink:href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/" xlink:type="simple"><license-p>This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License.</license-p></license></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://www.smjournal.ru/jour/article/view/450">https://www.smjournal.ru/jour/article/view/450</self-uri><abstract><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: анализ эффективности противодействия допингу в спорте в процессе медико-биологического обеспечения спортсменов спортивных сборных команд Российской Федерации и определение путей ее повышения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: на основании материалов отчетов антидопинговых организаций за 2017–2022 годы, социологических исследований распространенности допинга в спорте и структуры запросов на терапевтическое использование проведен ретроспективный анализ динамики основных показателей, отражающих различные направления борьбы с допингом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: выявлено существенное расхождение между оценкой распространенности нарушений антидопинговых правил по результатам социологических опросов и результатам лабораторных антидопинговых исследований.</p><p>Показана положительная динамика одобрения запросов спортсменов на терапевтическое использование, что позволило вдвое увеличить долю положительных решений антидопинговых организаций.</p><p>Определены основные направления совершенствования антидопинговой работы в процессе проведения мероприятий медико-биологического обеспечения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: analysis of the effectiveness of combating doping in sports in the process of medical and biological support of athletes forming the national teams of the Russian Federation, and determining its ways.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: based on the reports of anti-doping organizations for 2017–2022, sociological studies of the prevalence of doping in sports and therapeutic use structures, a retrospective analysis of the dynamics of the main indicators reflecting the directions of various doping encounters was carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: a significant discrepancy was revealed between the assessment of the prevalence of anti-doping rule violations based on the results of sociological surveys and the results of laboratory anti-doping studies.</p><p>A significant positive dynamic of approval of therapeutic use exemptions, which allowed doubling the share of positive decisions of anti-doping organizations is shown.</p><p>The main directions of improving anti-doping work in the process of carrying out medical and biological support measures are determined.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>противодействие допингу в спорте</kwd><kwd>терапевтическое использование запрещенных субстанций и методов</kwd><kwd>медико-биологическое обеспечение подготовки спортсменов</kwd><kwd>эффективность антидопинговой работы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>countering doping in sports</kwd><kwd>therapeutic use of prohibited substances and methods</kwd><kwd>medical and biological support of athletes' training</kwd><kwd>effectiveness of anti-doping work</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке Государственного задания Федерального медико-биологического агентства № 67.001.21.800.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">Тhe study was supported by the State Order of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia No. 67.001.21.800.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Платонов В.Н.
