В данном клиническом случае описана инновационная методика стабилизации поясничного отдела позвоночника у элитного взрослого профессионального спортсмена, применение которой позволило ему максимально быстро вернуться к регулярной соревновательной деятельности без ограничений.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: представлен клинический случай оперативного лечения нестабильности поясничного отдела позвоночника с компрессией нервных структур, обусловленной грыжей межпозвонкового диска. Описан инновационный метод стабилизации позвоночника с использованием межостистого динамического импланта.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: применение данного метода стабилизации позвоночника позволило взрослому профессиональному элитному игроку в мини-футбол через три недели после операции вернуться к активным физическим спортспецифическим нагрузкам без каких-либо ограничений.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: представленное клиническое наблюдение демонстрирует, что фиксация позвоночника новым оригинальным методом обеспечивает стабильность оперированного сегмента при физической нагрузке любой интенсивности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: surgical intervention for spinal pathologies in professional athletes represents a pertinent topic in contemporary sports medicine and neurosurgery, given the extended rehabilitation period and potential decline in competitive activity following spinal surgeries. In this clinical case we describe an innovative technique for stabilizing the lumbar spine in an elite adult professional athlete which enables rapid return to regular competitive activities without restrictions.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: a clinical case involving the surgical treatment of lumbar spine instability with compression of neural structures caused by an intervertebral disc herniation is presented.
