По ее результатам у 128 спортсменов (6 %) обнаружены высокие значениями АД при максимальной нагрузке, в последующем 86 (67 %) их них проведено суточное мониторирование артериального давления (СМАД). Участники исследования, которым выполнялся СМАД, были разделены на 2 группы: с нормальным — 62 (72 %) и высоким офисным АД — 24 (28 %).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: у спортсменов с высокими офисными значениями АД достоверно выше был индекс массы тела. Между двумя группами не отмечалось достоверных различий в показателях СМАД. У 71 % спортсменов выявлена артериальная гипертензия, у 65 % — маскированная артериальная гипертензия.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: у юных элитных спортсменов с высокими значениями АД на нагрузке в 71 % выявляется артериальная гипертензия по данным СМАД, в 65 % в этой группе выявляется маскированная артериальная гипертензия, что диктует необходимость проведения СМАД в этой группе спортсменов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim of the study</title><p>Aim of the study: to assess the prevalence of arterial hypertension in athletes with high BP values during an exercise test.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: out of 2313 athletes 14–18 (15.5 ± 1.4) years old, according to the results of VEM, 128 (6 %; 60 m) people with high blood pressure values at maximum load were identified, 86 (67 %) of them underwent ABPM. The patient were divided into 2 groups: with normal — 62 (72 %) and high office BP – 24 (28 %).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: athletes with high office BP values had a significantly higher BMI.
