Выполнялась регистрация максимальной скорости кровотока (Vmax), усредненной по времени максимальной скорости Vmean и индекса фазности (ИФ).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Vmax после ПЭА (2‑й этап) в течение 5 секунд не показала значимых различий по сравнению со свободным дыханием (1‑й этап); в течение 5 секунд выполнения УБ (3‑й этап) была значимо выше исходного (1‑й этап), p &lt; 0,001, а также выше ПЭА после глубокого выдоха (2‑й этап), p &lt; 0,001. Vmean после ПЭА (2‑й этап) в течение 5 секунд была без значимых различий по сравнению со свободным дыханием (1‑й этап). В течение 5 секунд выполнения УБ (3‑й этап) Vmean была выше исходного (1‑й этап), p &lt; 0,001, а также выше ПЭА (2‑й этап), p &lt; 0,009. На фоне свободного дыхания (1‑й этап) и ПЭА (2‑й этап) значения ИФ были без значимых различий по сравнению с УБ (3‑й этап).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: Дыхательное упражнение УБ увеличивает максимальную линейную скорость кровотока Vmax и усредненную по времени максимальную скорость кровотока Vmean в КС, что может указывать на активизацию церебрального венозного оттока во время выполнения упражнения. УБ не оказывает значимого влияния на показатели фазности кровотока в КС.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose: Studying the effect of the Uddiyana Bandha (UB) yoga breathing exercise on blood flow in the marginal sinus (MS).Materials and methods: The study involved 16 people in whom blood flow in the MS was assessed against the background of free breathing, during voluntary expiratory apnea (VEA) — 5 seconds, and during UB — 5 seconds. The maximum blood flow velocity (Vmax), the time-averaged maximum velocity Vmean, and the index phase character (IP) were recorded.Results: When recording Vmax during VEA (stage 2) for 5 seconds, it did not show significant differences compared to free breathing (stage 1); within 5 seconds of execution, the UB (stage 3) was significantly higher than the baseline (stage 1), p &lt; 0.001, and also higher than the VEA (stage 2), p &lt; 0.001. Vmean PEA (stage 2) for 5 seconds was without significant differences compared to free breathing (stage 1). During 5 seconds of UB execution (stage 3), Vmean was higher than the baseline (stage 1), p &lt; 0.001, and also higher than VEA (stage 2), p &lt; 0.009. Against the background of free breathing (stage 1) and PEA (stage 2), the values of IP and were without significant differences compared to UB (stage 3).Conclusions: The UB breathing exercise increases the maximum linear blood flow velocity Vmax and the time-averaged maximum blood flow velocity Vmean in the MS, which may indicate activation of cerebral venous outflow during the exercise.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>венозный отток</kwd><kwd>краевой синус</kwd><kwd>йога</kwd><kwd>дыхательные упражнения</kwd><kwd>дуплексное сканирование</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>venous outflow</kwd><kwd>marginal sinus</kwd><kwd>yoga</kwd><kwd>breathing exercises</kwd><kwd>duplex sonography</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">авторы выражают глубокую благодарность профессору, д.м.н.
