После финализации списка метаанализов и систематических обзоров, соответствующих цели исследования, была составлена таблица, в которой были указаны ключевые параметры каждого из них.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: итоговый анализ продемонстрировал, что регулярные занятия пилатесом могут безопасно достоверно значимо улучшать осанку тела и динамическое равновесие, гибкость сухожилий мышц задней группы бедра и спины, выносливость мышц брюшного пресса и качество жизни. Но при этом, вероятно, не оказывает значимого влияния на состав тела.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: занятия пилатесом можно рассматривать как эффективный и безопасный метод улучшения осанки тела и улучшения гибкости у физически здоровых представителей общей популяции. В то же время отсутствие данных высокого методологического уровня не позволяет рекомендовать тренировки по пилатесу как метод профилактики травматизма и повышения работоспособности в группах профессиональных спортсменов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study: the analysis of meta-analyses and systematic reviews published in the Pubmed database since 2000, which assessed the impact of Pilates classes on the body of physically active, healthy members of the general population.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: all meta-analyses and systematic reviews with the key word “pilates” were selected in the Pubmed database. After finalizing the list of meta-analyses and systematic reviews that correspond to the purpose of the study, a table was compiled in which the key parameters of each of them were indicated.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the final analysis demonstrated that regular Pilates classes can safely and significantly improve body posture and dynamic balance, flexibility of the tendons of the posterior thigh and back muscles, endurance of the abdominal muscles and quality of life. But at the same time, it probably does not have a significant effect on body composition.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: Pilates classes can be considered as an effective and safe method of improving body posture and flexibility in physically healthy members of the general population.
