Образцы капиллярной крови отбирались у высококвалифицированных спортсменов во время проведения этапного комплексного обследования в лабораторных условиях. Концентрация лактата в крови в состоянии покоя и после проведения теста со ступенчато-возрастающей нагрузкой на лыжном эргометре, велоэргометре или беговой дорожке определялась тремя портативными анализаторами лактата (Lactate Plus, YST и Eaglenos) и с использованием полуавтоматического фотометрического анализатора (BTS-350).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Пределы согласованности результатов измерения лактата анализаторами Lactate Plus, YST и Eaglenos и эталонным прибором превышали допустимый интервал, установленный на уровне ± 2,1 ммоль/л. Все портативные лактометры систематически занижали концентрации лактата на 2,0–4,0 ммоль/л относительно эталонного анализатора, что критически искажает оценку интенсивности нагрузки. Стандартные ошибки оценки измерения концентраций лактата во всем диапазоне анализаторами Lactaten Plus, YST и Eaglenos составили 0.95, 0.63 и 0.91 ммоль/л соответственно и увеличивались с ростом концентрации лактата в крови.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Рассматриваемые в исследовании портативные лактометры не могут быть рекомендованы для точного измерения лактата в крови спортсменов в полевых и лабораторных условиях.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To evaluate the accuracy of blood lactate concentration measurements using three portable analyzers compared to a stationary reference instrument.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Capillary blood samples were collected from highly qualified athletes during staged comprehensive examinations under laboratory conditions. Blood lactate concentrations at rest and following incremental exercise tests on a ski ergometer, cycle ergometer or treadmill were determined using three portable lactate analyzers (Lactate Plus, YST and Eaglenos) and a semi-automatic photometric analyzer (BTS-350).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The limits of agreement for lactate measurements by the Lactate Plus, YST and Eaglenos analyzers compared to the reference instrument exceeded the acceptable interval set at ±2.1 mmol/L. All portable lactometers systematically underestimated lactate concentrations by 2.0–4.0 mmol/L relative to the reference analyzer, which critically distorts the assessment of exercise intensity. Standard errors of estimate of lactate concentration measurements across the entire range were 0.95, 0.63 and 0.91 mmol/L for Lactate Plus, YST and Eaglenos, respectively, and increased with rising blood lactate concentration.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
