На основании результатов исследований последних лет, опубликованных отечественными и зарубежными авторами, представлено влияние главных стрессоров, которые испытывают гонщики во время проведения гонки - воздействия тепла и окиси углерода на сердечно-сосудистую и перцептивную систему пилотов. Представлены результаты исследований по изучению восприятия и когнитивных навыков гонщиков. Особое внимание уделено необходимости проведения методов спортивной психологии, улучшению общего физического состояния пилотов. Охвачены вопросы травматизма и проведения мероприятий, направленных на обеспечение безопасности проведения автогонок на кольцевых трассах. В заключении констатируется актуальность проведения дальнейших исследований, направленных на применение целостного подхода к исследованию физиологических и когнитивных функций у автогонщиков, а также необходимость усовершенствования мероприятий по повышению безопасности соревнований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern data on a functional condition of race car pilots participating in closed-circuit race are presented in the review. Based on the results of domestic and foreign studies in recent years the influence of the main stress factors, including heat and carbon monoxide, on the cardiovascular and perceptual system of pilots is presented. The results of studies on the perception and cognitive skills of racers are also presented. Special attention is paid to the importance of carrying out methods of sports psychology, improvement of the general physical condition of pilots. Issues of injuries and activities aimed at ensuring the safety of auto racing on ring roads are covered.
