Использование изокинетического тренажера в практике спортивного врача

Аннотация

В обзоре литературы рассмотрены современные тенденции использования изокинетического тренажера (ИКТ) как в тренировочных, так и в лечебно-диагностических целях. Проведен анализ широкого спектра применения, результатов, получаемых при тестировании и тренировках, продемонстрирован прикладной характер использования данного тренажера. Освещены вопросы использования ИКТ в спорте высших достижений. Сделан вывод о широком спектре применения ИКТ как в теоретической, так и практической медицине. Несмотря на некоторые недостатки тренажера (высокая стоимость, необходимость специального обучения персонала, различные результаты тестирования в зависимости от модели), при его наличии врач получает мощнейший инструмент в своей работе, который позволяет вывести ее на новый качественный уровень.
