Боль в плече и нестабильность акромиально-ключичного сочленения у спортсменов в спортивных единоборствах

Аннотация

Боль в плече одна из самых распространенных причин обращений спортсменов за медицинской помощью. В обзоре представлена диагностика боли в плече у спортсменов чаще всего обусловленная ограничением внутренней ротации в плечевом суставе и повреждениями акромиально-ключичного сочленения. Травмы плеча в спортивных единоборствах в частности в дзюдо составляют от 28% до 43,8%, по некоторым данным и более. Нестабильность акромиально-ключичного сочленения чаще всего возникает у спортсменов в спортивных единоборствах после выполненных бросков и ударов в лопаточную область и занимает ведущее место среди всех травм плеча у спортсменов в дзюдо. В лечении травм акромиально-ключичного сочленения I и II типов преобладает консервативная тактика, включающая иммобилизацию, обезболивание, физиотерапию и изометрические упражнения. Лечение травм III типа возможно с применением различных хирургических методов, а также в ряде случаев консервативно. Успешность реабилитации после травмы и позволяет спортсменам возобновить спортивные тренировки и соревнования.
