Анализ физических, генетических и психологических методов профилактики травм опорно-двигательной системы у высококвалифицированных спортсменов

Аннотация
В статье приведен обзор существующих методик профилактики спортивного травматизма, применяемых в настоящее время в России и за рубежом. Проанализированы методы лечебной физической культуры, описан механизм действия методик ЛФК, изучены перспективы развития данного направления. Также представлены генетические исследования с целью профилактики травм опорно-двигательной системы, подняты вопросы предрасположенности к различным видам спорта в зависимости от генотипа. Описаны психологические аспекты профилактики спортивного травматизма, в частности проанализирован мировой опыт психопрофилактики травм в спорте высших достижений.
