К вопросу о внезапной сердечной смерти у спортсменов: анализ литературы за 2016 год

Аннотация
Внезапная сердечная смерть (ВСС) в спорте хоть и не является часто встречающимся событием, но, тем не менее, заслуживает большого внимания, как со стороны научного сообщества, так и со стороны работников здравоохранения, тренерского состава и самих спортсменов. При анализе литературы установлено что, проблема ВСС по-прежнему остается актуальной из-за её тесной связи с физической нагрузкой и отсутствия единых стандартов ее скрининга, диагностики и профилактики. Показано, что частота ВСС широко варьирует в зависимости от популяции спортсмена, его возраста и генетических особенностей, спорным является вопрос необходимости и объема стандартного предсезонного скрининга.
